New Direction Resource Center
offers a high school completion program that provides alternative educational direction for
Alaskan youth through an accredited school district. Students receive focused services that
address their academic, spiritual, and emotional needs. Mentoring,
individualized attention, and community partnerships allow New
Direction students to experience personal and academic success.
The personalized setting and encouraging atmosphere at New
Direction allows many students to catch up to grade level,
accelerate their High school program and earn their state of
Alaska high school diploma. Students are empowered to become
productive, contributing members of our community.
